Business Plan

Failing to plan is planning to fail. EXIT Realty provides me with a comprehensive, detailed, fillable business plan, including a profitability worksheet, to set me on the right path and provide a baseline against which to measure my progress.

Listing Presentation

EXIT Realty’s digital Listing Presentation is elegant, effective, and convenient, making a positive, professional first impression on any seller. This customizable presentation allows me to import comparable listings from the MLS to provide you with the most current and accurate market information. This comprehensive presentation can also be provided in print format.

Seller & Buyer Guides

Beautifully rendered digital guides for potential sellers and buyers, these guides are designed to start – or restart – a conversation.

The Seller Guide outlines the importance of pricing, the selling process and more.

The Buyer Guide contains information on the mortgage process, closing costs, and moving considerations.

Training & Mastermind

EXIT Realty training starts at the international level with skilled experts working exclusively for EXIT. Regional events and rallies provide an opportunity to mingle and learn with peers. EXIT’s own Franchise Support team provides ongoing training on all EXIT’s programs, tools, and resources.

Webinars & Conference Calls

EXIT Associates have access to monthly webinars and conference calls conducted by peers, leaders, and experts. Recordings are archived in the Resource Center for on-demand access.

Agent Success Guide

EXIT has so much to offer that they created an Agent Success Guide, a path I can follow to become familiar with all the tools, programs, and resources. And if I need information immediately, it doubles as an on-demand knowledge base, providing me with answers 24/7.

The EXIT Formula

In addition to EXIT’s training, technology, and branding, the Formula is what really sets EXIT apart. This unique 10/7/5 business model creates opportunities for real estate agents that do not exist anywhere else in the industry.

10% Single-Level Residuals

As an EXIT agent, I have the opportunity to earn a third income stream over and above taking listings and making sales. Introducing agents into the company who then close transactions creates single-level residuals paid out by EXIT Realty Corp. International as the deals close. EXIT Associates use this third, passive income stream to send kids to college, pay for a wedding, travel, invest, give back, and so much more. EXIT’s single-level residuals close the gaps between closings.

7% Lifestyle Benefits

If I experience a change in my lifestyle which prevents me from selling real estate full time, my 10% residuals will adjust to 7% to help finance that temporary period. Expanding my family, taking time off to travel, becoming a caregiver, or recovering from illness or injury are all examples of this situation.

7% Retirement Benefits

For the first time in the real estate industry, I can plan for retirement. When I retire, my 10% residuals become 7% retirement benefits, and I can even continue to work in another field. As a retired EXIT Associate, I can still receive 7% benefits from agents I brought into the company who are closing business, and I can continue sponsoring new agents. If I decide to return to real estate full-time, my 7% benefits will revert back to 10%.

5% Beneficiary Benefits

I take comfort in the fact that when I’m gone, I can leave a legacy for my loved ones in the form of 5% beneficiary benefits. My designated beneficiary will receive these benefits as long as the associates I sponsored stay with EXIT and close transactions. To date, EXIT Realty Corp. International has paid over $600K in beneficiary benefits. Finally, a real estate company that provides the opportunity for financial security now, and in the future.

Culture

The EXIT Formula creates a culture of mentorship. EXIT is an empathy-oriented company where leadership is accessible and available and everyone has a vested interest in each other’s success. EXIT is a company with a giving heart.

Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. To date, EXIT Realty Corp. International has pledged $8,000,000 to charity.

This means that when you work with me, you are making a direct impact on your community.
