10% Single-Level Residuals
As an EXIT agent, I have the opportunity to earn a third income stream over and above taking listings and making sales. Introducing agents into the company who then close transactions creates single-level residuals paid out by EXIT Realty Corp. International as the deals close. EXIT Associates use this third, passive income stream to send kids to college, pay for a wedding, travel, invest, give back, and so much more. EXIT’s single-level residuals close the gaps between closings.
7% Lifestyle Benefits
If I experience a change in my lifestyle which prevents me from selling real estate full time, my 10% residuals will adjust to 7% to help finance that temporary period. Expanding my family, taking time off to travel, becoming a caregiver, or recovering from illness or injury are all examples of this situation.
7% Retirement Benefits
For the first time in the real estate industry, I can plan for retirement. When I retire, my 10% residuals become 7% retirement benefits, and I can even continue to work in another field. As a retired EXIT Associate, I can still receive 7% benefits from agents I brought into the company who are closing business, and I can continue sponsoring new agents. If I decide to return to real estate full-time, my 7% benefits will revert back to 10%.

5% Beneficiary Benefits
I take comfort in the fact that when I’m gone, I can leave a legacy for my loved ones in the form of 5% beneficiary benefits. My designated beneficiary will receive these benefits as long as the associates I sponsored stay with EXIT and close transactions. To date, EXIT Realty Corp. International has paid over $600K in beneficiary benefits. Finally, a real estate company that provides the opportunity for financial security now, and in the future.

Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. To date, EXIT Realty Corp. International has pledged $8,000,000 to charity.
